Mosaic Monday! Snow!

We got dumped on last week! Our school's saw two snow days (which I didn't think ever happened in MT!) and I spent a lot of hours shoveling. It was gorgeous out though. Kids making forts and snowmen all over town. Folks cross-country skiing through the streets (including myself). And a highlight? I surprised my neighbor with a new shovel (they didn't have one) and they in turn shoveled my driveway AND left a growler of beer on my step. Gotta love that!

I'm joining Little Red House for Mosaic Monday!

  2. That's snow, alright! We think we get hit when we get a few days of snow, but where you are you really know the meaning of a snowfall. How nice of your neighbours!

  3. Great shot of your winterland. You have a very nice neighbor. LOL, I am happy with the snow we have now and I do not need anymore. If I did not have to drive in it to go to work, I would not care. We are lucky too, our neighbor uses his plow to clear our driveway and we just do around our cars. Take care and stay warm. Have a great week!

  4. Lovely snowy pictures and stories - our neighbourly exchanges this weekend have been about pumpkins (there's a reason this pumpkin was harvested so late - I'll be posting about it later). Enjoy your wonderful snow! I don't expect to see any this year...

  7. I think you may have gotten the better end of the deal with your neighbour! The local kids must be having loads of fun with all of that snow.
